Return Window:
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Items Not as Described:
If an item received does not match our description, we will credit the full amount, including all shipping charges.
Items Ordered as Described (Based on Valid Reasons):
If you prefer a return due to valid reasons outlined in our return policy, the following fees apply:
Initial and return shipping fees.
A 20% restocking fee.
Packaging:
Please avoid using the original packaging as a shipping box. Instead, wrap the original box sufficiently or place it into another box for shipping. Failure to do so may impact our ability to accept the return.
Non-Defect Criteria:
The following situations will not entitle you to a return:
Faults resulting from normal wear and tear.
Damage due to negligence, user abuse, or incorrect usage.
Damage from electrical surges or sea air corrosion.
Failure to adequately care for the product.
Unauthorized alterations to the product.
Specifications that, although accurately described, do not suit your needs.
Order Cancellation:
Prior to Shipping:
Cancellation before shipping incurs zero fees.
After Shipping:
Cancellation after the item is shipped attracts the initial and return shipping fees, along with a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged Upon Arrival:
In the unlikely event of damage upon arrival:
Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Email images of the damage to assist us in assessing the fault.
If the fault lies with the courier service, we will follow their terms and conditions for claims.
Any damage in transit is treated as our responsibility, and your assistance with images and details expedites the claim process.

Change of Mind:
For items ordered as described, a return based on valid reasons outlined in our policy incurs the initial and return shipping fees, along with a 20% restocking fee.
Incorrect Product Received:
If the item does not match our description:
The item will be credited in full, including all shipping charges.
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item to initiate a return.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.

Exchanges:
The most efficient way to get the desired item is to return the current one. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
