If immediate shipping is not possible, we cancel the pre-authorization on your credit card and notify you via email.
Charges are handled, and we prepare to ship your purchase once the goods are ready.
Delivery Process:
All purchases are dispatched swiftly, securely, and reliably.
After processing your payment, we ship your goods within the specified delivery time (as indicated on the merchandise page).
You will receive notification once your item(s) leave storage.
Our team selects the most appropriate delivery mode and courier for your order. Unfortunately, you cannot choose your own courier or dispatch option.
Shipping Charges:
We believe in transparency, so instead of embedding shipping costs into product prices, we display them separately. This allows us to minimize our prices, ensuring you achieve maximum savings. Many online retailers combine shipping fees with product prices and promote 'free shipping.' However, if you purchase multiple items, you might unwittingly pay double for shipping. With us, you're charged only once and you know precisely what you're paying for.
Large, Bulky Items (50.01kg and up): R 500.00 ZAR
Medium-Sized Items (30.01 kg–50kg): R 200.00 ZAR
Standard (0.01kg–30kg): R 100.00 ZAR

We deliver anywhere in South Africa.
Tracking Information:
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note that real-time tracking data may take a few hours to update.
Once your merchandise leaves our warehouse, we have limited control. If you encounter issues with delivery information or tracking, contact the courier promptly.
